The Open House Families Festival

With more than 50 hands-on workshops including craft and design activities, engineering experiments, architectural tours and storytelling sessions, children will learn about their city and how it is created.

Open House Families is a free event inviting everyone to take part. Places for 'drop-in' events enable families to drop in on the activity at any time within the times stated.

Open House Families adapts to political, social and artistic change, its unique but broad theme of 'celebrating freedom and democracy through artistic innovation' allowing the key topics and artistic focus to reflect a changing environment.

Many of the activities at the Gherkin, Here East, Gasholder Park and Canary Wharf are outside so remember to be prepared.
